Confirm an action in a dialog
Use the confirmation dialog to review critical details before approving or cancelling an action.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the confirmation dialog
Trigger an action that requires confirmation, such as deleting, revoking or stopping something; the confirmation dialog opens with a clear title and description of what will happen.

Step 2: Review the action details
Read the dialog title and supporting description carefully so you understand exactly what will be changed, removed or revoked before you proceed.

Step 3: Cancel if you do not want to continue
Select the Cancel button or close the dialog to stop the action; the system will leave everything unchanged and return you to where you were.

Step 4: Confirm to proceed with the action
Select the clearly labelled confirm button, such as Delete package or Revoke invitation; the dialog keeps the button busy while the system processes your request and then closes automatically when it succeeds.

Step 5: Respond to any error shown in the dialog
If the action fails, review the error banner displayed inside the dialog and either follow the guidance provided or try the confirm button again if it is still enabled.
