Manage package list rows with keyboard-accessible actions

Use list rows to review package status, select items, and open detailed views using both mouse and keyboard.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate a package row in the list​

In the package list, find the row labelled with the package reference (for example, "PKG-01") and its description, such as "Open package PKG-01 · Groundworks".

Step 2: Review the current package status​

Look to the trailing end of the row to see the status text, such as "In progress", so you can quickly understand where the package is in its workflow.

Step 3: Select a package using the row checkbox​

Use the checkbox in the control cell at the start of the row to select or deselect the package for bulk actions or further review.

Step 4: Navigate to a package using the keyboard​

Use the Tab key to move focus to the row; the whole row is focusable so you can reach it easily without using the mouse.

Step 5: Open the selected package from the row​

Once the row is focused, use the designated activation key or the trailing Open control to open the package and view more detailed information.
