Steps
Step 1: Open a page that shows status chips
Navigate to any page that lists forms, compliance items, or plant authorisations and locate the column or section where coloured status chips are displayed next to each item.
Step 2: Check the status labels on each chip
Review the text shown inside each chip to understand the current status of the related form, compliance item, or plant authorisation, using the clear user-facing wording provided.
Step 3: Confirm that missing statuses stay hidden
Where an item has no recorded status, confirm that no chip is shown at all, so you are not misled by a default "Unknown" or placeholder value.
Step 4: Compare statuses consistently across domains
Scan multiple lists or pages to see that the same status wording is used consistently for forms, compliance checks, and plant authorisations, making cross-team reporting easier.
