Complete an ITP field inspection from QR code to cleared hold point
Use the ITP runner to complete a full inspection on site, capture evidence and witness details, and ensure the hold point is cleared in the office view.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Start the inspection from a QR code
Scan the QR code on site to open the ITP runner, landing on the inspection route for the specific work package that needs to be checked.

Step 2: Sign in with your phone number and PIN
Enter your mobile number and 6-digit PIN to confirm your identity so that all inspection records are attributed to your field session.

Step 3: Work through the inspection checklist items
Move down the list of inspection items one by one, recording a pass result where the work meets the required standard.

Step 4: Record a failed item with photo evidence and notes
When an item fails inspection, mark it as failed, capture a photo of the issue, and add a short note explaining the reason for the call.

Step 5: Capture witness details at the hold point
At the witness or hold point, record the witness's typed name and add their signature so the inspection can progress beyond the hold.

Step 6: Clear the hold point from the field
Confirm the witness step and submit the result so that the system sends a clear-hold request, allowing the inspection stage to move forward.

Step 7: Complete all inspection items
Continue until every item in the checklist has a recorded result, reaching the "all items done" confirmation that closes the on-site ITP run.

Step 8: Review completion and attribution in the office view
From the authenticated office view, open the live-status card to confirm the ITP is marked complete, attributed to the field session, and no longer on hold.
