Run an ITP checklist on site
Use the ITP runner to work through inspection items on site with clear statuses and mobile-friendly controls.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the ITP runner
Navigate to the ITP runner from your project or permit so you can review the list of inspection items for the selected work.

Step 2: Review the list of inspection items
Check the checklist of items, including their titles, disciplines and current statuses, to understand what is pending, passed or awaiting a witness.

Step 3: Open an individual checklist item
Tap an item such as "Rebar size and spacing" to open its detailed step view and see the actions you need to complete.

Step 4: Complete the required checks for the item
Follow the on-screen guidance to inspect the work, entering any required information and confirming when the checks have been carried out.

Step 5: Capture signatures when needed
When a step requires a sign-off, use the on-screen signature pad to capture the operative or supervisor's signature before continuing.

Step 6: Handle witness hold points
For items marked as a witness hold point, wait for the authorised witness to attend and record their approval so the status can move on from "awaiting witness".

Step 7: Confirm the item outcome
Mark the item as passed or failed, using the clearly labelled primary action button designed for phone use, and check that its status updates in the list.

Step 8: Work through the remaining items
Continue opening, checking and signing off each remaining item in the checklist until all items have the correct final status recorded.
