Manage the project-wide ITP register

View and filter all ITPs on your project, check their status, and open individual ITPs from the register.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the ITP register from the workspace

In your project workspace, select the ITPs item in the sidebar to open the ITP register page, which lists every ITP instance on the project alongside Packages.

Step 2: Review the ITP summary header

At the top of the page, review the summary header showing the total number of ITPs, those in progress, any open hold points, and those marked complete.

Step 3: Search for a specific ITP

Use the search box to find ITPs by reference, title, or component; the list updates instantly as you type to show only matching ITPs.

Step 4: Filter ITPs by status and due window

Use the status and due-window filters to focus on ITPs that are overdue, due in the next 7 or 30 days, in progress, or complete, helping you prioritise follow-up.

Step 5: Filter by hold point, package, or discipline

Apply the hold point, package, and discipline filters to narrow the list to the ITPs most relevant to a particular work package or trade.

Step 6: Switch to the Templates tab

Select the Templates tab on the register page to access the ITP Templates area, where you can manage the templates used to create new ITP instances.

Step 7: Open an individual ITP from the register

Click any row in the register to open that ITP as a workspace item, where you can review its details, progress, and hold points.

Step 8: Use guided set-up when no ITPs exist

When the register is empty, follow the guided options to run the composite ITP set-up pipeline or assign ITP templates to existing packages, depending on your project state.
