View an ITP detail record

Review a single ITP’s live status, linked items and checklist so you can track inspection progress from one place.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the ITP detail lens​

Navigate to the ITP register and select an ITP entry to open its detail view in the workspace.

Step 2: Review the ITP header and live status​

Check the title, reference and current instance status badge at the top of the page, then review the live progress card to understand how far through the ITP you are.

Step 3: Inspect linked component, package and template​

In the linked items section, review the associated component, package and template details, and follow any deep links to open their full records in a new view.

Step 4: Work through the checklist and hold points​

Scroll through the ITP checklist to see individual items, hold and witness points, acceptance criteria and status transitions driven by the workspace-item record.

Step 5: Access the QR poster for on-site use​

Open the QR poster dialog from the ITP detail view to generate or review the QR code poster that links directly back to this ITP instance.
