Sign in to the ITP runner with your mobile number and PIN

Use a mobile number and 6-digit PIN to grant on-site teams access to the public ITP runner linked to a QR code.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the ITP sign-in screen​

Scan the relevant QR code to open the public ITP runner sign-in screen, which shows your organisation name and the ITP reference if provided.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number​

Type your mobile number into the phone field, including the country code; local UK numbers starting with 0 are automatically converted to +44 format.

Step 3: Enter your 6-digit PIN​

Type your 6-digit PIN into the PIN field; the form will not submit until the PIN is exactly six numbers.

Step 4: Submit your details​

Select the sign-in button to send your phone number and PIN; a loading indicator appears while your details are checked.

Step 5: Review and resolve any errors​

If the phone number or PIN are invalid, or do not match, an error message appears so you can correct your details and try again.

Step 6: Continue in the ITP runner​

After a successful sign-in, you are taken back into the ITP runner to continue the inspection or task associated with the scanned QR code.
