Review ITP details and checklist

Review the full detail of an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), including status, linked items, QR poster and live checklist progress.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the ITP detail view​

Navigate to the ITP register and select an ITP entry to open its detail lens, showing the header, status badge and live progress card.

Step 2: Check the ITP header and live status​

Review the ITP title, reference, current instance status (for example Draft, In progress, Hold point, Complete or Closed out) and the live status card that summarises progress.

Step 3: Review linked component, package and template​

Use the linked cards to see which component, package and template the ITP is associated with, and follow the deep links if you need more context on any of these items.

Step 4: Inspect the checklist items and hold points​

Scroll through the ITP checklist to review inspection items, hold and witness points, acceptance criteria and current statuses driven by the workspace item record.

Step 5: Access the QR poster for on-site use​

Open the QR code poster dialog from the detail lens so that field teams can scan the code on site to access the same ITP record.

Step 6: Monitor completion and close-out status​

Use the status badges and progress indicators to confirm which items are complete and whether the ITP instance has been closed out.
