Generate an ITP QR poster for site inspections

Use the ITP QR Poster dialog to generate a printable QR poster that links inspectors directly to a specific Inspection Test Plan.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the ITP QR poster dialog​

From your ITP, open the QR poster option to display the dialog and start preparing a printable poster for the inspection.

Step 2: Load the existing QR code and poster preview​

The dialog automatically resolves the existing QR code for the ITP and shows a poster preview with the ITP title and a "Scan to run this inspection" prompt.

Step 3: Review the inspection details on the poster​

Check that the poster preview shows the correct ITP title, reference, and QR code so onsite teams will be taken to the right inspection when they scan it.

Use the rotate or refresh option to mint a new QR token so that the old poster link stops working and the preview updates to the new public URL.

Step 5: Print and place the poster onsite​

Download or print the generated poster and place it in a visible location so inspectors can scan it directly on site to run the inspection.
