Manage ITP QR poster for on-site access

Generate, view and manage a QR poster that lets site teams open an ITP on their phones.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the ITP QR poster from the ITP header

From the ITP detail view, select the QR/Poster option in the header to open the QR poster dialog for that ITP.

Step 2: Wait for the system to check for an existing QR code

The dialog shows a loading state while it resolves whether a QR code already exists for this ITP.

Step 3: Create a new QR code if none exists

If no QR is found, use the dialog option to mint a new QR code so the ITP can be opened on site via mobile.

Step 4: Review the generated QR poster details

Once ready, the dialog displays the QR poster with the ITP title, reference and organisation branding so you can confirm it is correct.

Use the Copy link action on the poster to copy the public ITP URL and share it with site teams or stakeholders.

Step 6: Print the QR poster for on-site display

Use the Print action in the dialog to open your browser print window and produce a physical poster for use on site.

Step 7: Rotate the QR code when you need a new token

Use the Rotate action to invalidate the old QR token and create a new one, confirming the action as existing printed posters will stop working.

Step 8: Close the dialog when you are finished

When you have copied, printed or rotated the QR, close the dialog to return to the ITP details.
