Run an inspection from a QR code

Start and complete an Inspection Test Plan (ITP) by opening a QR code link, signing in if required, and working through the checklist runner.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Open the QR code link for the inspection in your browser; the page shows a message that it is looking up the inspection details.

Step 2: Sign in if prompted​

If the inspection requires authentication, use the on-screen sign-in form to log in so you can access the ITP.

Step 3: Review the inspection details​

Once loaded, review the inspection reference, title, organisation name and item counts shown at the top of the checklist runner.

Step 4: Work through the checklist items​

Use the checklist runner to progress through each item in the inspection, updating each one as you complete the required checks on site.

Step 5: Confirm the inspection is complete​

When all items are finished, the page shows a banner confirming that every item on the inspection is done, indicating the ITP is complete.
