Run an ITP checklist for a site activity
Review progress and guide operatives through an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) checklist for a specific component or activity.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the ITP checklist for your component
From your inspections area, open the relevant ITP checklist to see its reference, title, project, package and component (for example "ITP-014 · Foundation pour · Substructure · Pile cap PC-12").

Step 2: Review overall checklist progress
At the top of the checklist, check the progress summary showing how many items are completed, for example "3 of 8 done", so you understand how far through the inspection you are.

Step 3: Identify the next required inspection item
Use the "Next:" line in the header to see the next open item (such as "Pre-pour hold"), which tells the operative what must be inspected or witnessed next.

Step 4: Work through individual checklist items
Scroll through the single-column list of item cards, where each card represents one inspection step (for example "Setting out check", "Rebar inspection", "Concrete slump").

Step 5: Open a specific checklist item
Select an item card to open its detailed step view, so the operative can carry out the check and record the outcome according to the ITP requirements.

Step 6: Confirm when all checklist items are completed
Once every item has been completed, the header will change to show an "All items done" message instead of a next item, confirming that the checklist is fully complete.
