Use a scanned QR code to review, run and complete an on-site inspection test plan from a mobile-friendly checklist.

Steps​

Follow the QR code link on your mobile device to open the inspection test plan runner; if the link is invalid, you will see an error message explaining what is wrong.

Step 2: Sign in to start the inspection​

If prompted, enter your details on the sign-in screen so the system can record who is completing the inspection, then continue to the checklist.

Review each checklist item in turn, record the required information, and save your responses as you move through the inspection steps.

Step 4: Review a completed or previously finished inspection​

When all items are complete, or if you reopen a finished inspection, review the recorded responses and confirm everything is accurate before leaving site.

Step 5: Handle voided or expired inspections​

If the QR code relates to a voided or expired inspection, review the on-screen message explaining the status and follow any project guidance on arranging a replacement inspection.

Step 6: Retry if the network connection fails​

If the page cannot load or refresh due to poor connectivity, use the on-screen retry option; your entered inspection details are kept so you can safely try again.

Step 7: Sign out when you have finished​

After completing or reviewing the inspection, sign out so that your device is ready for the next operative and your activity is properly recorded.
