Manage favourites in the project sidebar
Use the favourites panel to quickly find, filter and open your starred documents, tasks and other key project items.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the favourites panel
Open the favourites section in the interface to view all items you have starred across the current project, showing their names, types and when they were last updated.

Step 2: Search within your favourites
Enter a keyword in the favourites search box to instantly filter the list and find a specific document, task or other resource by name.

Step 3: Sort favourites by recency, name or type
Change the sort options to view favourites by most recently updated, alphabetical order, or grouped by resource type so you can scan the list in the way that suits your workflow.

Step 4: Filter favourites by resource type
Use the type chips or filters to narrow the list to a single category, such as Documents, Tasks, RFIs or Reports, helping you focus on just one kind of item.

Step 5: Open a favourite item
Select a favourite from the list to open it in its detailed view; if the underlying resource is unavailable, you will see an informative error and the item will be marked as failed to open.

Step 6: Remove an item from favourites
Click the remove or unfavourite control on an item to take it out of your favourites list; the resource itself remains in the project but is no longer pinned for quick access.

Step 7: View all favourites in the dedicated page
Use the "See all" option to navigate from the compact panel to the full favourites view, where you can browse and manage a larger set of starred items.
