Use the project setup banner to finish onboarding
Use the animated project setup banner to see what actions are still needed and jump straight to the next setup step, or hide the banner when it is no longer needed.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review the project setup banner
When you open a project that still needs setup, look at the animated banner at the top of the page to see a brief summary of what is missing and the suggested next action.
Step 2: Understand the suggested actions
Check the icons and text in the banner (such as document, upload or launch icons) to understand which setup actions are being recommended, for example uploading key documents or finalising project details.
Step 3: Start the recommended setup action
Click the main action button on the banner (for example the button with a chevron arrow) to navigate directly to the relevant project setup screen, where you can complete that step.
Step 4: Dismiss the setup banner
If you do not want to see the banner, select the close (X) icon on the right-hand side to dismiss it; the banner will smoothly disappear and you can continue working in the project without the prompt.
