Run an agent-assisted project setup task
Use the agent task modal to provide inputs, monitor automated progress, respond to follow-up questions, and review final results for a setup task.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the agent task execution modal
From the project setup area, select the relevant agent task; the Agent Task Execution modal opens showing an overview of the task, its estimated IU cost, and any required inputs.

Step 2: Complete the initial task input form
Fill in all visible fields in the form, providing the information the agent needs to run the task; conditional fields will appear or hide automatically as you update values.

Step 3: Review IU cost and submit the task
Check the IU cost badge for the estimated credit usage, then select the submit button to start the automated task execution using your current organisation and project context.

Step 4: Track progress in the execution view
Watch the animated step indicators and progress wizard as the agent works through each stage; if any step fails, a clear warning or error message is shown with a friendly explanation.

Step 5: Respond to additional input requests
When the agent pauses to request more information, complete the dynamic input fields presented, then submit your responses so the task can continue.

Step 6: Enable completion notifications
If offered, use the task completion notification opt-in panel to choose whether you want to be notified when long-running tasks finish.

Step 7: Review final results and outputs
When the task completes, review the markdown-formatted results, any generated files or links, and the final step indicators to understand what the agent has done.

Step 8: Retry or close the task modal
If the task failed or needs to be run again, choose the retry option to submit it once more; when you are finished reviewing, close the modal to return to project setup.
