Monitor background task progress from the minimised widget

Use the minimised task widget to keep an eye on automated project setup tasks while you continue working in the app.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Notice the minimised task widget while a task is running​

When a project setup task continues in the background, look for the compact floating widget near the bottom-left of the screen, showing an animated border and status text while the task is running.

Step 2: Check the current task status at a glance​

Glance at the widget to see whether the task is running, completed, failed, or refused, and view the current step name when available so you know how far along the process is.

Step 3: Restore the full task view​

Click anywhere on the minimised widget to restore the full task modal, where you can review detailed progress and any next actions if the task has failed or completed.
