Use the project setup prompt banner

The project setup prompt banner helps you quickly complete key onboarding actions or hide the banner until you are ready.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Notice the project setup prompt banner​

When you open your project, look for the animated banner at the top of the page showing your current onboarding step and suggested actions.

Step 2: Review the suggested setup action​

Read the main message and any highlighted setup action so you understand what part of the project onboarding the banner is guiding you to complete.

Step 3: Use Quick Setup to follow the guided flow​

Select the Quick Setup button if you want to move through the recommended onboarding steps in order using the guided experience.

Step 4: Open a specific onboarding action​

Click the primary action button in the banner to jump directly to the detailed screen or tool for the current setup task.

Step 5: Expand or collapse additional details​

If available, use the chevron icon to expand the banner and see more context about the current onboarding step, or collapse it to save space.

Step 6: Dismiss the banner when you do not need it​

Select the close icon to dismiss the banner once you have finished the suggested actions or prefer not to see the prompt.
