Monitor project setup while you keep working
Use the floating minimised task widget to keep an eye on automated project setup while continuing other work in the app.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Start project setup and minimise the task
Begin the automated project setup from the main setup flow; when the full task modal is open, navigate away or close it as usual—the task will continue running and the minimised widget will appear in the bottom-left area of the screen.
Step 2: Check current task status at a glance
Look at the floating widget to see whether the task is running, completed, or has failed; the animated border and loader indicate active progress, and the message shows which step is currently running.
Step 3: Restore the full task view
Click anywhere on the minimised widget, including the maximise icon, to reopen the full task view so you can see detailed progress or results of the project setup.
