Upload documents to a project

Add your files to a project so they're stored, checked, and ready to use by everyone on the job.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the file uploader

Open the upload screen from your project so you can start adding new files.

Step 2: Drag and drop your files in

Drag one or more files from your computer straight into the upload area. Good files will show up in the list; anything that doesn't work will show an error so you know straight away.

Step 3: Or pick files the normal way

If dragging and dropping isn't easy on your device, use the upload button instead. It opens your normal file picker so you can choose the files you want and confirm them.

Step 4: Check your files are accepted

Look at each file to see if it's passed the check. If there's a tier panel, open it to see how that file will be handled.

Step 5: Take off any files you don't want

Spot a wrong file in the list? Use the remove or bin icon next to it to take it out before you upload anything.

Step 7: Check everything's uploaded

Once every file shows as done, check for the success messages and close the screen. Your documents are now in the project for everyone to see.
