Review and manage document processing

Use the processing table to search, review and manage the status of documents that have been uploaded to the project.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the document processing table

Navigate to the section of the application that shows the document processing table to view all documents currently being tracked.

Step 2: Search and filter documents

Use the search controls above the table to find specific documents by keywords or filters; the table updates to show only matching results.

Step 3: Review document details

Click on a document row to open the detail panel, where you can see metadata, processing status, document type and any available previews.

Step 4: Check processing status and type

Look at the status badges and document type icons in the table to confirm whether each document is pending, processing, accepted or has warnings, and what category it belongs to.

Step 5: Select documents for bulk actions

Tick the checkboxes next to one or more documents, or use the header checkbox to select all visible documents for bulk operations.

Step 6: Apply bulk actions and confirm

Use the available bulk action buttons (such as deleting documents or refreshing processing) and confirm the action in the confirmation dialog when prompted.

Step 7: Navigate between pages of results

Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move to the previous or next page and review additional documents.
