Review and manage document processing status

View the processing status of uploaded documents, inspect their details, and retry processing when needed.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the document processing list

Navigate to the document processing area in the application to see a table of all documents currently being processed, including their names, types, and statuses.

Step 2: Search and filter documents

Use the search bar and filters above the table to find specific documents by reference, title, or other criteria; clear your search using the dedicated clear option if you want to return to the full list.

Step 3: Inspect document details

Select a document row to open the detail panel, where you can review document metadata, processing information, and any associated warnings or errors.

Step 4: Monitor processing status

Review the status badges in the table (for example Pending, Processing, Uploaded, Pending Processing, Accepted) to understand where each document is in the processing workflow.

Step 5: Retry processing for failed or stalled documents

For documents with issues, use the retry processing control to trigger a new processing attempt, and confirm the action in the displayed confirmation dialogue.

Step 6: Navigate through multiple pages of documents

Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages of results and adjust which page of documents you are currently viewing.

Step 7: Select documents for bulk actions

Tick the checkboxes next to one or more documents to select them, enabling bulk actions such as clearing selections or performing group-level operations, where available.
