Review and manage a processing document

Use the processing document detail panel to review document metadata, monitor processing status, download the file, retry processing if needed, and collaborate via comments.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the document detail panel

Select a processing document in your project; the detail panel opens showing its name, type, status, and key information on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: Review document status and processing details

Check the current processing status (such as in progress, completed, failed) and any associated indicators or warnings to understand whether the document is ready to use or needs attention.

Step 3: Download the document file

Click the download button to retrieve the current version of the document file to your computer for offline review or sharing.

Step 4: Update document details and save changes

Edit any available document metadata fields (such as document type or other editable properties) and select the save option to apply the changes; the panel updates to reflect the new information.

Step 5: Retry processing for failed or incomplete documents

If processing has failed or needs to be re-run, use the retry processing control; the system restarts processing and the status updates as it progresses.

Step 6: View and add comments for collaboration

Use the comments area to read existing discussion from team members and add new comments; enter your message in the text area and submit it so others can see and respond.

Step 7: Identify who is involved

Review the avatars and user labels associated with comments or document updates to understand which team members or organisations have interacted with the document.
