Manage companies linked to a project
Use the companies table to review, sort, and manage the organisations associated with your project, including viewing details and updating their roles.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Companies tab for your project
Navigate to your project and open the section that displays the companies table so you can see all organisations currently linked to the project.

Step 2: Search for a company
Use the search box above the table to filter the list by company name, email, or other visible details, so you can quickly locate a specific organisation.

Step 3: Sort the companies list
Click on a column header such as Company, Role, Email, Phone, or Status to sort the table; click again to reverse the sort order and help you prioritise which organisations to review first.

Step 4: Open a company’s detail panel
Click the company name or the view icon to open the company detail panel, where you can review additional information about that organisation’s involvement in the project.

Step 5: Manage a company’s project role
Open the actions menu for a company, choose the option to manage roles, then use the role selector to change the organisation’s project role; confirm your changes to update their permissions.

Step 6: Add a new company to the project
Select the Add company button above the table to open the add-company dialogue, then follow the prompts to select or create an organisation and link it to the current project.

Step 7: Confirm or cancel role and company changes
When prompted, review the confirmation dialogue before applying role updates or adding a new company; choose Confirm to save your changes or Cancel to discard them.
