Manage companies linked to a project

View, sort and manage the companies associated with a project, including updating their roles and removing or adding companies.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the project companies table

Navigate to your project and open the section that lists companies; the Companies table shows each linked company with its name, role, email, phone and status.

Step 2: Sort the companies list

Click a column header such as Company, Role, Email, Phone or Status to sort the list; click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Step 3: Search and filter companies

Use the search input above the table to filter companies by name or other visible details so you can quickly find the organisation you need.

Step 4: View company details

Select a company row or use the view option in the actions menu to open the company detail panel and review more information about that organisation.

Step 5: Manage a company’s project role

Open the actions menu for a company and choose the role management option; in the role selector, update the company’s role for this project and apply your changes.

Step 6: Add a company to the project

Click the add company button above the table, search for or select an existing organisation, choose an appropriate project role and confirm to link it to the project.

Step 7: Remove a company from the project

Open the actions menu for a company, choose the remove option and confirm in the confirmation dialog to detach the company from the project.
