Review and manage project drawings
Use the drawings table to search, review, sort, and manage all documents and drawings associated with your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the drawings view for your project
Navigate to your project’s data area and open the drawings or documents tab to view the drawings table, which lists all available documents.

Step 2: Filter and search for specific drawings
Use the search bar and filters above the table to narrow down documents by name, type, status, or other criteria until only the relevant drawings are shown.

Step 3: Sort drawings by status or other columns
Click on a column header (such as status, type, or last updated) to change the sort order, then use the up/down sort icons to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Step 4: Select one or more drawings
Tick the checkbox beside individual drawings to select them, or use the select-all checkbox in the header to select every drawing currently visible in the list.

Step 5: Inspect drawing details
Click on a drawing row to open the detail panel, where you can review its metadata, processing status, and any additional information about that document.

Step 6: Download selected drawings
With one or more drawings selected, use the download button to export them; multiple drawings may be bundled into a ZIP file for you to save to your computer.

Step 7: Remove drawings you no longer need
Select one or more drawings and click the delete button; confirm the action in the confirmation dialog to permanently remove these documents from the project.

Step 8: Review document processing status
Check the status badges and icons next to each drawing to see whether it has been processed, is in progress, has warnings, or requires attention.

Step 9: Move through pages of results
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table, including previous and next arrows, to navigate through multiple pages of drawings when your project has many documents.
