Manage project drawings and documents
View, search, sort, inspect and download project drawings and related documents, and remove those that are no longer needed.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the project drawings table
Navigate to your project’s data area and open the drawings or documents section; the drawings table will load and display all available documents for the selected project, or an empty-state message if none exist.

Step 2: Search for specific drawings
Use the search bar and filters at the top of the table to find documents by name, reference, type or other criteria; the list of documents updates to show only matching results, and you can move through search result pages using the pagination controls.

Step 3: Sort drawings by key details
Click a column header (such as document name, type or status) to sort the table; click again to toggle between ascending and descending order, and watch the sort icons change to show the current sort direction.

Step 4: Review document status and type
Scan the table’s status and type columns to see badges and icons indicating each drawing’s processing state and document category, helping you quickly identify certificates, contracts, spreadsheets and other file types or any documents with warnings.

Step 5: Open detailed information for a drawing
Click on a document row to open the detail panel, where you can review richer metadata, processing information and any extracted content or previews associated with that drawing.

Step 6: Select drawings for batch actions
Tick the checkboxes beside one or more documents, or use the header checkbox to select all documents on the current page, preparing them for bulk actions such as deletion or combined download.

Step 7: Download selected drawings
Click the download button to retrieve the selected files; if more than one document is selected, the system packages them into a single ZIP file using JSZip and starts the download automatically.

Step 8: Delete drawings in bulk
After selecting one or more documents, click the delete icon to open the confirmation dialog; review the warning and confirm to permanently remove the selected drawings from the project, or cancel to keep them.

Step 9: Navigate between pages of drawings
Use the left and right pagination arrows at the bottom of the table to move backwards and forwards through multiple pages of documents, adjusting the current page as needed to review all project drawings.
