Manage project drawings

Review and manage all drawings associated with a project, including viewing key details and accessing files.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Drawings section​

From the project navigation, select the Drawings section to see all drawings linked to the current project displayed in a single view.

Step 2: Review the drawings list​

Browse the list of drawings, checking titles, reference numbers and other key details to understand what has been provided for the project.

Step 3: Filter or sort drawings​

Use any available filters or sorting options to focus on specific drawing types, dates or statuses so you can quickly find relevant information.

Step 4: Open an individual drawing​

Select a drawing from the list to view its full details, including any preview or link to download the drawing file.

Use the provided file links or buttons to open or download the drawing so you can review it in detail or share it with your team.
