Sign in to start an ITP inspection with phone and PIN

Use your phone number and PIN to securely sign in and start a public ITP inspection from a QR code.

Steps​

Step 1: Scan the inspection QR code​

Scan the QR code displayed on site to open the public ITP inspection runner in your mobile browser, ready for sign-in.

Step 2: Confirm the inspection and organisation details​

Check that the inspection reference and organisation name shown on the sign-in panel match the inspection you intend to start.

Step 3: Enter your mobile number​

Tap the phone number field and enter your mobile number using the numeric keypad that appears on your device.

Step 4: Enter your PIN​

Tap the PIN field and type your PIN using the numeric keypad, ensuring no one else can see your code.

Step 5: Start the inspection​

Submit your details to complete sign-in; once accepted, the inspection session starts and you can continue with the ITP checks.
