Manage health and safety for your project

Use the Health & Safety tab to review CDM notifiability, F10 status and key health and safety tasks, and jump to the right place to manage them.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Health & Safety tab​

Navigate to your project home and select the "Health & Safety" tab to see an overview of CDM and construction phase health and safety activity.

Step 2: Review CDM notifiability and F10 status​

At the top of the tab, check the banner and status badge to see whether the project is notifiable under CDM and the current F10 submission status.

Use the external links in the F10 section to open the relevant official guidance or forms in a new browser tab for further information.

Step 4: Manage F10 details​

Select the "Manage F10" or similarly labelled button to go to the dedicated area where you can view or update F10-related details for this project.

Step 5: View RAMS and other health and safety tasks​

In the health and safety workspace list, review the items shown (such as RAMS and other construction phase tasks), including any overdue indicators.

Step 6: Open a specific health and safety workspace item​

Click the title of a health and safety item to open its workspace page and see full details, documents and activity history.

Step 7: Check deadlines, completion and documents​

Use the meta information under each item to confirm references, due or completion dates, and how many supporting documents are attached.

Step 8: Jump to manage wider health and safety actions​

Use the "Manage health & safety" or equivalent action button to move from this overview into the broader project health and safety management tools.
