Navigate project sub-tabs

Use the project sub-tabs to move between overview, favourites, schedules and other project views, and understand badge counts and NEW labels.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open a project and view the sub-tabs

When you open a project, look near the top of the page for the row of sub-tabs such as Overview, Assistant, Activity, Favourites and Schedules; the current view, usually Overview, is highlighted as the active tab.

Step 2: Switch to the Favourites view

Select the Favourites tab to see items you have marked as favourites; if you have favourites saved, a badge on the tab shows how many there are, and if there are none, the number badge is hidden.

Step 3: Review the Schedules tab and indicators

Select the Schedules tab to see your project schedules; when schedules are newly available the tab shows a NEW label, and if there are active schedules a badge displays the count, otherwise the number is hidden.

Step 4: Move between tabs using keyboard navigation

Use the Tab key to move to the active tab and use the arrow keys (if supported in your browser) to move focus between tabs, ensuring accessible navigation without a mouse.
