Manage project schedules

Use the schedules page to open an existing schedule and start importing content, applying templates, or generating collection pages.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Schedules page​

In your project, open the Schedules page to see the list of available schedules for the current project.

Step 2: Choose a schedule to work with​

Select the schedule you want to manage so its registration panel opens, showing the schedule identifier and title.

Step 3: Start importing schedule content​

Select the import option in the schedule panel to open the import wizard and begin bringing schedule data into the project.

Step 4: Apply a schedule template​

Open the template dialog from the schedules page to apply a saved schedule template to your selected project schedule.

Step 5: Generate collection pages from a schedule​

Use the generate option in the schedule panel to open the collection page generator and create pages based on your schedule data.

Step 6: Review import and generation results​

After running imports or generation, review the updated schedule and generated pages to confirm everything is configured as expected.
