Review schedule submissions in the queue
Use the schedule review queue to work through submitted items by party, identify concerns and overdue work, and record inline decisions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the schedule review queue
Navigate to the schedule review queue for the relevant schedule to see all submitted items ordered as provided by the system, grouped by supplier or consultant party.

Step 2: Understand the queue overview and party grouping
Review the header information showing total items, items with concerns and overdue items, then scan the grouped rows to see how many submissions belong to each party such as Survey Co or Drainage Ltd.

Step 3: Identify items with concerns
Locate items marked with a concerns verdict, and review the listed reasons so you can understand issues such as missing revision codes or drawing scales before taking action.

Step 4: Spot overdue schedule items
Check the queue for rows flagged as overdue, using the effective due date to prioritise which items from parties like Drainage Ltd need attention first.

Step 5: Review submission details and files
Open an individual queue item to see its reference, title, latest arrival, and all attached files such as DWG, PDF or notes, so you can assess the quality and completeness of the submission.

Step 6: Record your inline decision
Use the inline decision controls on each queue item to confirm, flag concerns, or otherwise update the schedule item decision without leaving the queue view.

Step 7: Work through the queue until it is clear
Continue taking decisions on each item in order until the queue is empty, so the schedule review is fully up to date and the empty state confirms there is nothing left to review.
