View and understand the schedule register

Review scheduled information items, their due dates, responsible parties, and current statuses in the schedule register.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the schedule register​

Navigate to the schedule register page from your project workspace to see an overview of all scheduled information items.

Step 2: Review item list and references​

Scan the register table to see each item's reference, title and identifier so you can confirm the required information is listed correctly.

Step 3: Check responsible parties and contact details​

For each item, review the responsible organisation name and email address to confirm who is accountable for providing the information.

Step 4: Check due dates and overdue items​

Look at the effective due date and overdue indicators to identify which items are upcoming and which are already late.

Step 5: Understand current review status​

Use the status column to see whether items are accepted, under review, awaited or overdue, so you can track overall progress.

Step 6: Identify requested items and request dates​

For items that have been requested, view the requested flag and requested date to understand when the information was formally chased.
