Review Information Production Schedule status

View and interpret the current status of each line in the Information Production Schedule so you can track progress and identify items needing attention.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Information Production Schedule register

Navigate to the Information Production Schedule register in your project to see the full list of scheduled information items and their current status badges.

Step 2: Review status badges for each schedule line

For each item, check the coloured status badge to see whether it is Awaited, Submitted, Under review, Accepted, Changes requested, Overdue or Waived, using the colours to quickly spot risks and priorities.

Step 3: Filter the register using status chips

Use the status filter chips (Awaited, Under review, Overdue, Accepted) above the register to narrow the list and focus on items at a particular stage.

Step 4: Identify items needing reviewer action

Look for items marked as Submitted, Under review or Changes requested to find lines that are still open for a reviewer decision and may require follow-up.

Step 5: Monitor overdue and waived items

Pay special attention to Overdue items that are still awaiting action, and confirm which items have been Waived so they are no longer tracked as active obligations.
