Manage your project information schedule

Use the Schedule page to review, register and prioritise information deliverables for your project.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Schedule page for your project

In your project workspace, select "Schedule" from the sidebar to open the information production schedule for the current project.

Step 2: Review the current schedule or empty state

When the page loads, view the active schedule register if one exists, or see a "No schedule yet" message with options to create a new schedule.

Step 3: Import a schedule from MIDP or EIR

From the empty state or register actions, choose the import option to launch the Schedule Import Wizard and bring in deliverables from an existing MIDP or EIR file.

Step 4: Start a new schedule from a template

Select the "Start from template" option to open the Schedule Template dialog and create a new schedule based on a standard template for your project type.

Step 5: Generate collection pages for schedule items

Use the "Generate pages" or similar action in the register to open the Collection Page Generator and create linked information pages for selected scheduled items.

Step 6: Work in the Register view

In the Register tab, browse all schedule lines to see what has been requested, track statuses and open line details to review suitability assessments and arrival history.

Step 7: Switch to the Review queue

Select the "Review queue" tab to see pending items ordered by concern and grouped by responsible company, focusing on what is currently waiting for your decision.

Step 8: Review and decide on schedule lines in place

From either the Register or Review queue, open a line’s detail panel to accept items, request changes or record outcomes without leaving the Schedule page.
