Review schedule changes in the queue
Review new or updated schedule arrivals, compare changes, and decide whether to accept them or request changes.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the schedule review queue
Navigate to the schedule review queue for your project or specific schedule register to view all arrivals awaiting a decision.

Step 2: Review grouped parties and queue summary
Check the grouped parties, overall queue summary, and totals to understand how many arrivals are pending and where attention is needed most.

Step 3: Inspect an individual arrival
For each row, review the party, current status badge, arrival count, and any highlighted reasons or warnings about the schedule entry.

Step 4: Compare slot changes with previous arrivals
Examine the slot change badges and detailed differences to see what has changed since the previous arrival, such as new, updated, or missing information.

Step 5: View verdict tone and auto-summary
Use the verdict tone badge and summary line to quickly understand whether the system considers the arrival clear, concerning, or unknown.

Step 6: Open full item details (optional)
If enabled, select an arrival to open its full detail view elsewhere for deeper review before making a decision.

Step 7: Accept a schedule arrival
When you are satisfied with the information, use the Accept action to confirm the schedule arrival so it can progress in the register.

Step 8: Request changes to a schedule arrival
If the arrival is incomplete or incorrect, use the Request changes action to send it back for revision without accepting it into the register.

Step 9: Refresh the queue after decisions
After accepting or requesting changes, allow the queue to refresh so that sibling register views and queue totals update to reflect your decisions.
