Manage marketing email preferences

Adjust whether you receive occasional product-update emails while keeping essential service notices enabled.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the marketing email preference in Account Settings​

Navigate to Account Settings, open the Preferences section, and locate the Product-update emails panel with the megaphone icon.

Step 2: Enable product-update emails​

Turn the switch on to consent to occasional product-update emails; a confirmation message appears to confirm you will now receive these updates.

Step 3: Disable product-update emails​

Turn the switch off to unsubscribe from product-update emails; a confirmation message appears to confirm you have stopped these updates while essential service notices continue.

Step 4: Wait while your preference is saved​

When you change the switch, a small loading icon appears and the switch is temporarily disabled until your new preference is saved.
