Manage a team member’s project access
Use the Manage Project Access modal to review and update which projects a team member can access and what role they have on each project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Manage Project Access modal
Open the team settings area and select the option to manage project access for the specific team member; the Manage Project Access modal will appear showing their current access.

Step 2: Review existing project access
In the modal, review the list of projects the member can access, with their current roles highlighted and grouped towards the top so you can quickly see what they already have.

Step 3: Filter projects by name (for large organisations)
When your organisation has many projects, use the search field at the top of the list to filter projects by name so you can quickly find the right one to update.

Step 4: Check for similarly named projects
If there are multiple projects with the same name, use the additional detail shown under each name to distinguish between them before changing access.

Step 5: Grant or remove access for a project
Use the project access control (such as a checkbox or toggle) next to each project to grant or remove the member’s access; changes are tracked but not yet saved.

Step 6: Change the member’s role on a project
For projects where the member has access, use the role dropdown to choose a different project role; review the inline description of each role so you understand what permissions it grants.

Step 7: Review pending changes and resolve row errors
Before saving, review the summary of pending changes and check for any per-project error messages; if a row shows an error, use the retry option to attempt loading or saving that project’s access again.

Step 8: Save updated project access
When you are satisfied with the changes, select the Save option to apply the updated access and roles for the member; the dialog will show a saving state until the updates are complete.
