Configure organisation branding

Adjust your organisation’s colours and typography so that the application matches your brand guidelines.

Steps

Step 1: Open the branding settings section

Navigate to the organisation settings area and open the Branding section where your current colours and typography are displayed.

Step 2: Review existing brand colours

In the Colours area, review each colour swatch and its hex code to understand how your primary, secondary and accent colours are currently configured.

Step 3: Adjust individual colour values

Use the colour picker next to a swatch to change its value; the swatch and hex code update immediately so you can see how the new colour will look in the interface.

Step 4: Manage groups of brand colours

Where groups of related colours are shown, update multiple colour entries as needed so that backgrounds, borders and text all align with your brand palette.

Step 5: Configure brand typography

In the Typography section, use the font selector to choose your brand fonts and adjust heading sizes so that titles and body text reflect your style guide.

Step 6: Refine heading and body text styles

For each heading level and body text style, tweak settings such as size or weight so that content is readable and consistent across the application.

Step 7: Apply and review branding changes

After making your adjustments, review the updated preview and save the branding settings so they are applied throughout your organisation’s workspace.
