Configure individual project settings
Adjust how uploads, review tasks, and automation behave for a specific project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the individual project settings panel
From your project workspace, open the settings panel for the project whose automation and upload behaviour you want to adjust.

Step 2: Review project information and loading status
Wait for the project details and current settings to load; if any issue occurs, review the error message before continuing.

Step 3: Set how new uploads are handled
Use the switches to choose whether uploads are moved into a pending state, automatically processed, or compared with existing uploads.

Step 4: Enable or disable automatic review task creation
Turn on the option to create a review task for new uploads when needed, or turn it off if you prefer to manage review tasks manually.

Step 5: Choose a review task assignee
Open the member dropdown, search by name, and select the team member who should be assigned to new review tasks for this project.

Step 6: Configure task priority time frames
Adjust the low, medium, and high priority hour values to control how quickly review tasks should be addressed.

Step 7: Manage follow-on agent tasks from forms
Use the switch to control whether follow-on agent tasks run automatically when forms are submitted for this project.

Step 8: Save the updated project settings
Select the option to save; wait for the saving indicator to finish and confirm that a success notification appears.

Step 9: Return to the previous view
Use the back control to close the individual project settings panel and return to the main project view.
