Use the project dashboard
Use the project dashboard to switch between the Assistant, project overview, health & safety, activity, favourites, and schedules for a selected project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the project dashboard
Navigate to your project and open the dashboard page; the Assistant tab loads by default so you can immediately see guided actions and task executions for your project.

Step 2: Review the Assistant tab
Use the Assistant tab to view suggested actions, recent task executions, and detailed results for automated tasks, helping you progress project setup and ongoing coordination.

Step 3: Check the Overview tab
Switch to the Overview tab to see high-level project information, metrics, and readiness signals so you can quickly understand current status and overall progress.

Step 4: Monitor Health & safety
Open the Health & safety tab to review health and safety information and related project tasks, ensuring compliance and visibility of key risks and controls.

Step 5: Track recent Activity
Use the Activity tab to view recent changes, updates, and events on the project so you can keep on top of what has happened and who has done what.

Step 6: Access your Favourites
Go to the Favourites tab to quickly open documents, tasks, or project areas you have previously marked as favourites for faster day-to-day access.

Step 7: Manage schedules
Open the Schedules tab to view and manage agent-generated schedules, launch the Schedule Task Wizard, and select specific schedule executions for more detail.

Step 8: Open project details and setup
From the dashboard project ribbon, open project details sections and the project setup workflow to update key information and improve project readiness.
