Use the project dashboard

Use the project dashboard to review key project information, switch between tabs, and access assistant, schedules and favourites.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the project dashboard

From your project, open the main dashboard view to see the ribbon with the project name and key actions.

Step 2: Review the Assistant tab

Use the Assistant tab to switch to the homepage assistant, review suggested task executions and open detailed results when needed.

Step 3: Check the Overview tab

Switch to the Overview tab to see project metrics, overall progress, member counts and other high-level project information.

Step 4: Monitor Health & safety

Open the Health & safety tab to review safety-related information, tasks and F10 status for your project.

Step 5: Track project Activity

Use the Activity tab to review recent activity on the project, including updates and changes made by team members.

Step 6: Manage favourites

Open the Favourites tab to view all favourited items, use the "See all favourites" option, and quickly access key documents or tasks.

Step 7: Work with schedules

Go to the Schedules tab to view agent schedules, launch the Schedule Task Wizard, and select specific task executions for more detail.

Step 8: Open project details sections

From the dashboard, use the project details manager links to open specific project sections and manage configuration panels.

Step 9: Manage project from the ribbon

Use the project ribbon actions, such as Manage project, to jump directly into project management tools and configuration.
