Switch the active project from the ribbon

Use the project ribbon to see which project is active, switch to a different project, and retry loading if there is a connection problem.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the project selector from the ribbon​

In the app ribbon at the top of the page, locate the project name and select it to open the project selector dropdown for choosing a different project.

Step 2: Choose a different project​

In the dropdown list, browse or search for the project you want to work on, then select it to make it the active project in the ribbon.

Step 3: Monitor background refresh of the active project​

While the app checks for updated project details in the background, watch the subtle spinning indicator next to the project name to confirm that a background refresh is in progress.

Step 4: Respond to project loading errors​

If the project fails to load or refresh, review the error banner in the ribbon and select the retry button to attempt to load the active project again.
