Switch between organisations
Use the organisation switcher to move between different client or internal organisations so you can view and manage the relevant data and settings.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the organisation switcher
In the application header or sidebar, select the current organisation name to open the organisation switcher menu. A popover list of all organisations you belong to will appear, showing the organisation name and your role (Admin, Billing, or Member).

Step 2: Review available organisations and roles
In the popover, review the list of organisations, each with an icon and role label indicating whether you are an Admin, Billing admin, or Member. Confirm that the organisation you want to work with is listed; the current organisation is highlighted or marked as selected.

Step 3: Select a different organisation
Click the organisation you want to switch to. The system processes the change, briefly showing a loading state while it updates your active organisation context.

Step 4: Confirm the organisation switch
After the switch completes, a confirmation toast appears indicating you have successfully switched to the selected organisation, and the header now shows the new organisation name so you can continue working in the correct context.
