Manage your account from the avatar menu

Use the avatar dropdown to view your profile details and quickly access account settings or sign out of the application.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the avatar menu​

Select your avatar in the top navigation bar to open the dropdown menu, which displays your name, email address and available account options.

Step 2: Review your profile information​

Confirm that your displayed name, email address and profile image are correct; the system automatically loads these details from your user profile and applies sensible fallbacks if any information is missing.

Step 3: Go to account settings​

Choose the Settings option from the avatar dropdown to navigate to your account or user settings page, where you can update personal details and preferences for your projects.

Step 4: Sign out of the application​

Select the Sign out option in the avatar dropdown to securely log out of your account and end your current session.
