Manage your account from the avatar menu

Use the avatar menu in the header to view your profile details and quickly access account-related actions.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the avatar menu​

In the top-right corner of the application, select your profile avatar to open the dropdown menu with account options. The menu automatically shows your current name and avatar based on your profile information.

Step 2: Review your profile name and avatar​

Check that your displayed name and avatar are correct. The system will update this information automatically if it changes elsewhere, such as when you update your profile in account settings.

Step 3: Navigate to account settings​

From the avatar dropdown, select the settings option (represented by the settings icon) to open your account or profile settings page where you can review and adjust personal details.

Step 4: Switch to location or project-specific pages​

If available in your environment, choose the option with the location icon to move to location or project-related pages associated with your current account and project context.

Step 5: Sign out securely​

When you have finished working, open the avatar dropdown and select the sign-out option (represented by the log out icon) to securely end your session.
