Ask questions and get help from the in-app assistant
Use the help panel to ask questions, browse suggested prompts, and view documentation-backed answers with direct links to related help topics.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the help Q&A panel
Open the help section in the app so the Q&A panel is visible, showing the question box, suggested prompts, and any previous conversation.

Step 2: Choose between Docs and Assistant modes
If available, use the Docs/Assistant toggle to select whether you want a documentation-grounded answer with citations or a more autonomous assistant reply.

Step 3: Start with a suggested question
Click one of the suggested prompt chips below the input to automatically fill the question box and prepare it to be sent.

Step 4: Type your own question
Enter your question in the message input field at the bottom of the panel, such as asking how to complete a task or where to find a setting.

Step 5: Send your question to the assistant
Click the send button or press Enter to submit your question and wait while the assistant processes and displays a response in the chat area.

Step 6: Review the assistant’s answer and actions
Read the response, including any proposed actions or confirmation list items, and confirm or adjust them as needed within the panel.

Step 7: Open cited documentation in the sidebar
In Docs mode, click a citation pill in the answer to open the related help article directly in the in-app help sidebar for more detail.

Step 8: View documentation in a new browser tab
Use the external link icon on a citation to open the full help article on the documentation site in a separate browser tab.

Step 9: Ask follow-up questions
Continue the conversation by typing follow-up questions or asking for clarification, and review the threaded responses shown in the chat history.
