Ask questions with the in-app help assistant

Use the Help Q&A panel to ask questions about the product and switch between a documentation-based assistant and an autonomous assistant.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Help Q&A panel​

Open the Help Q&A panel in your project so you can type and send questions about using the product.

Step 2: Enter your question​

In the text box labelled "Ask a question...", type the question you want help with about managing your project or workspace.

Step 3: Send your question to the documentation assistant​

Select the default docs-grounded help mode if needed, then choose "Send question" to route your query to the documentation-based assistant.

Step 4: Switch to the autonomous assistant​

Click the "Assistant" tab to switch from documentation help to the autonomous assistant for broader, action-oriented support.

Step 5: Ask a question in autonomous mode​

With the Assistant tab active, type your question again or enter a new one and click "Send question" to get an autonomous response.
