Monitor and recover PlanOps connection

Use the connection banner to understand when PlanOps is offline, see when it recovers, and request an immediate retry.

Steps​

Step 1: Recognise when PlanOps is reconnecting​

When the backend becomes unavailable, a banner appears stating that PlanOps is reconnecting so you know there is a temporary connection issue.

Step 2: Confirm when PlanOps has reconnected​

Once the backend is available again, the reconnecting message is replaced by a banner confirming that PlanOps is connected again.

Step 3: Request an immediate retry​

If the reconnecting banner is shown, select the "Retry now" button to request an immediate attempt to reconnect to the PlanOps backend.
