Recover from an unexpected application error

Use the error screen to safely recover when something goes wrong in the application, either by retrying your current action or returning to the home page.

Steps​

Step 1: Recognise the error screen​

When something goes wrong, the app shows a dedicated error screen with a crane illustration and the message “Something went wrong on our end”. Review this message to confirm that the issue has been detected and reported automatically.

Step 2: Decide whether to retry or return home​

If you want to continue what you were doing, use the “Try again” option (when available) to reload the affected part of the app. If you prefer to start fresh, select the option to go back to the home page, which will navigate you safely away from the error state.
