Navigate the main workspace and switch projects
Use the main application frame to move between key sections, switch organisations and projects, and access help and onboarding tools.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the main workspace
Sign in to the application; once authenticated, the main workspace frame loads with the sidebar navigation, top bar, and central content area.

Step 2: Switch organisation
Use the organisation switcher in the top bar to select a different organisation; the workspace reloads to show projects and data for the chosen organisation.

Step 3: Change the active project
Open the project selector and choose a project; the dashboard and project-specific sections update to reflect the selected project’s data.

Step 4: Browse dashboard and reports
From the sidebar, select the dashboard or reports sections to review project performance, metrics, and generated reports for the active project.

Step 5: Manage project data and workspace items
Navigate to Project Data or Workspace from the sidebar to view, drill into, and edit project-related records and workspace items.

Step 6: Review calendar, programme, and events
Open the calendar, programme, or events sections to see scheduled activities, timelines, and key milestones for the active project.

Step 7: Access forms, notifications, and activity log
Use the sidebar to open forms, notifications, and the activity log, allowing you to manage submissions, review alerts, and track historical activity.

Step 8: Configure settings and profile
Open the settings section and avatar menu to adjust organisation settings, project options, and your personal profile details.

Step 9: Use help and onboarding tools
Open the help panel, onboarding checklist, and contextual guides from the help and onboarding triggers to get guided support while you work.
