Manage your project workspace and access in‑app help
Use the main application frame to switch between projects, access key workspace areas (dashboard, calendar, workspace, agents, forms, reports, notifications and activity log), and open contextual help while you work.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the application and sign in
Launch the web application and sign in using your account credentials provided by your organisation; once authenticated, you are taken into the main application frame.
Step 2: Select or switch your active project
Use the project selector in the header to choose the project you want to work on; the dashboard, workspace, agents, forms, and other sections automatically update to show information for the selected project.
Step 3: Navigate between key workspace sections
Use the main navigation to move between Dashboard, Calendar, Workspace, Agents, Forms, Reports, Notifications, Activity Log, Programme, and Settings so you can review data, manage work, and monitor activity for the active project.
Step 4: View and work with project data
Open the Dashboard, Workspace, Calendar, and other project data sections to review current items, timelines, and related information, and drill into details such as individual workspace items where available.
Step 5: Manage agents and automation
Go to the Agents section to review and adjust agent-related configuration and behaviour for the current project, helping you manage automated or assisted workflows.
Step 6: Review forms and public form submissions
Open the Forms area to configure and manage internal and public forms, and where applicable review responses coming from public form pages and success screens.
Step 7: Monitor reports and activity history
Use the Reports and Activity Log pages to review aggregated metrics and detailed histories of actions taken within your projects, supporting audits and performance monitoring.
Step 8: Check notifications and system alerts
Open the Notifications page from the navigation to see recent alerts, reminders, and system messages relevant to your projects and organisation.
Step 9: Adjust workspace and account settings
Use the Settings and profile areas to manage organisation details, user profile information, and project configuration, applying changes that affect how the workspace behaves.
Step 10: Access contextual help while you work
Select the help icon to open the Help Panel, which automatically shows guidance relevant to the page you are on, allowing you to read instructions and tips without leaving your current task.
