Steps
Step 1: Open the avatar menu area
Go to the top navigation bar of the application and locate the avatar button, which shows your profile picture and provides access to your user menu and notifications.
Step 2: Confirm your profile picture is shown
Check that your avatar image is displayed correctly next to your name, confirming the system is using your saved profile photo from your account.
Step 3: Check notifications are available
Look for the notifications section linked with the avatar area, which indicates where alerts and system messages will appear for your account.
