Recover from a missing page (404 error)
Learn what to do when you land on a missing page in the app, and how to quickly return to a useful area or contact support.

Steps
Step 1: Recognise the missing page message
When you try to open a page that does not exist or has been moved, you will see a “Page Not Found” screen with an illustration and a short explanation that the page cannot be found.
Step 2: Choose where to go next
Use the main action buttons on the error screen to continue working—for example, go to your dashboard or return to the home page, or, if you are not signed in, follow the option to sign in first.
Step 3: Contact support if you believe the page should exist
If you think you have reached the missing page in error, use the contact link provided in the message to open the support form, which will automatically include your account details when you are signed in.
